Any occurrence, which may give rise to a claim, should be advised as soon as reasonably practicable to the following, by quoting your policy number, travel insurance policy name and reference: SAFI V1-21 for claims under Section M1 (scheduled airline failure) or reference: ESFI V2-21 for claims under Section M2 (End supplier failure including scheduled airline failure).
