Any new policy purchased will not cover any cancellation claim in relation to COVID-19 (or other Pandemic illness) other than as outlined above. This includes but is not limited to, cancellation due to your diagnosis of Coronavirus, FCDO advise against all travel or all but essential travel to your destination or your flights being cancelled.

Please note that unless you join our Loyalty Club the last e-mail we will send you is on the expiry date of your policy, you will not receive further e-mails from us after this date unless you interact with us in some way (contact our support desk, make a claim, join the Insure & Escape Club, purchase a policy etc). This process is automated and you do not need to contact us to unsubscribe.
