The initial call handler took time in going through my request for a quote for a holiday to the Caribbean, for a month, and once we realised how expensive it was going to be, she thought to quote me for an annual worldwide policy. This was a third of the cost. We were also able to cancel my current European annual insurance and get a refund, which was also helpful. She then emailed me the two levels of cover to decide on. When I rang back to organise it the second call handler was also very helpful.
Susie was able to reassure me regarding insurance for our trip. She was very professional, polite and helpful. She explained the best way for us to cover our trip and I will be back in touch when we book our trip.
