Had to cancel a policy after not realising my girlfriend already sorted travel insurance. It was simple to call and speak to someone - just had to give them the policy number, confirm postcode, name and DOB etc and job done. Very friendly and helpful person on the phone who made the whole situation easy to navigate. I am told that I should get the money back 3-5 days (if the money even leaves my account today as I had JUST taken the policy out when I found out I didn't need it).
