Any new policy purchased will not cover any cancellation claim in relation to COVID-19 (or other Pandemic illness) other than as outlined above. This includes but is not limited to, cancellation due to your diagnosis of Coronavirus, FCDO advise against all travel or all but essential travel to your destination or your flights being cancelled.
* This is a travel insurance policy and not private medical insurance. This means there is no cover for any medical expenses incurred in private medical facilities if we have confirmed that medically capable public facilities are available.

We cover over 50 sports and activities free of charge, so those who prefer an active holiday can enjoy their favourite sports and activities knowing they are fully covered.
We will pay up to £6,000 (cover level dependant) for your unrecoverable costs if you have to cut your trip short as a sresult of illness, bereavement, or any other circumstances detailed in your policy wording.
We will pay up to £100 per 12 hour period (cover level dependant) to replace you essential items, if your baggage is delayed in reaching you for a period of more than 12 hours.
We will pay up to £750 (cover level dependant) of reasonable extra costs of travel and accommodation in the event of a missed departure to enable you to reach your destination.
We will pay up to £3,000 for Baggage or items owned by you that are damaged, stolen, lost, or destroyed during your trip. Cover for Gadgets may optionally be extended up to £3,000 for an additional premium.
