in only purchasing the insurance i was glad they they did ask many detailed questions in order to confirm i was getting the right cover considering my medical history. all documents and policy information were forwarded quickly and they were detailed which was really good. i hope that i do not need to make a claim but i do think that is when the real measure of the insurance company comes to the fore.
