Really impressed with how straightforward and thorough the whole process was. The online forms are easy to follow but still feel comprehensive, which is especially important when declaring medical conditions, it didn’t feel like anything was being missed or oversimplified. The pricing also felt fair for the level of cover provided, which isn’t always the case with travel insurance. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily use Insure & Escape again.

Fairly priced, clear policy language with plenty of cover for winter sports (we took a family skiing holiday). Filling in the submission was easy as was the medical declaration. All round user friendly and cost effective process of buying travel insurance for the family.

Very easy to arrange holiday insurance and once booked all documents was emailed quickly. Price was also very competitive.
A competitive price to begin with and appears adequate cover at this stage. Hopefully, as with any insurance, it won’t be required. I suggest adding under Medical Conditions the option to add details of Waiting for Surgery eg routine knee replacement for wear and tear and multiple other surgeries as opposed to what appears ‘already done’ should this impact on the premium. I found this difficult to record.
