As a ‘senior’ with medical conditions, I had received several outrageously expensive quotes for a forthcoming trip from comparison websites. I called Insure and Escape after having conducted an extensive search and reading several positive reviews. In my case, I dealt with a representative named Diexter. Diexter was courteous, efficient, professional and patient with the many questions that I had. He took the time to explain everything that I had questions about and ensured that I understood the specifics of the various policies being proposed. Ultimately, I was offered a premium policy that met my requirements for a price much cheaper than other providers - plus I received a 10% discount! The paperwork was sent immediately and the company informed me that I have a 14 day cancellation period. I am generally very thorough and cautious in my business dealings but felt confident that I’d made a good decision thanks to Diexter.
