Susie in customer support was helpful, knowledgable and very lovely when I called to make a change to our policy. She was able to make the amendment quickly and without any fee and also gave me advice to download the insure and escape app which I have since done and looks like an easy way to have policy and contact details on hand and also some medical help.

Spoke to customer services and they promptly updated my medical records with no additional fee and didn’t charge for the admin time either. Impressive!

Easy to buy, seems to have a lot of benefits to the policy for the price compared to some other policies(coming from someone that used to work within the travel insurance industry)

Good competotive quote, found it hard to fathom out how to sort it all online, but thats because I'm not used to doing things like this online and i'm using a small keypad on my phone. Help assistant /bot was very helpful too.
