For my holiday in Spain I've bought travel insurance from Insure & Escape. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency and had to seek for the urgent medical help. I gave a call to the provided phone number in the policy document, explained what happened and I was told reference number I then provided to a private hospital in Spain and I've got all the necessary treatment and the cost was settled between the insurer and the medical provided directly.
