For my holiday in Spain I've bought travel insurance from Insure & Escape. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency and had to seek for the urgent medical help. I gave a call to the provided phone number in the policy document, explained what happened and I was told reference number I then provided to a private hospital in Spain and I've got all the necessary treatment and the cost was settled between the insurer and the medical provided directly. Therefore, based on my experience when actually something went wrong and travel insurance had to be used I can say having the one from Insure & Escape helped me.
