I was worried about an email I received regarding my travel insurance policy and got in touch with the company for clarification. I contacted them through live chat and spoke with Emily who looked into the issue and, quite quickly, was able to pinpoint the problem [I'm afraid the error was my own] correct it and reassure me that all was well.
