A very patient and thorough Spencer dealt with my query for a new policy and guided me through the process. I was provided with quotes to consider and compare and then returned to him to finalise my insurance.
A gap in the questions which makes us declare ongoing investigations without conclusion or treatments, but the questions progress to ask what treatments. There should be a pull down for Under Investigation, not just the treatment
