And I was pleasantly surprised after I returned home after my holiday you sent a txt asking if I had a nice holiday and how to get in touch if I needed to make a claim which luckily I didn't ,first time any insurers I have used before have done thst that so well done. I spoke with Grace regarding my policy yesterday. She was lovely from the start, putting me right at ease. She handled my request exceptionally well and was very understanding to my situation. Grace explained everything well and in a way that I could comprehend. After ending the phone call I turned to a colleague and said “she was lovely!” Which nowadays isn’t a common phrase when speaking to customer services. Thank you very much Grace for the great service!
