I called to make a medical change to my annual travel insurance policy, the customer service adviser Spencer was friendly, polite, helpful and a credit to the company. Throughout the call, he guided me through the changes, was sensitive and understanding and took the time to call me back twice. I have been using Insure and Escape for some time now and really wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the customer service.
