Great service, bit disappointing we didn’t get 20% off like we we told on email.
I’m a returning customer and completed a quote off the back of an email. I had a discount for being a returning customer which significantly reduced my quote. All policy details are clear and plenty of options to select to tailor to suit my needs. Great email updates post purchase, I especially liked the bag finder QR code that can be placed in my luggage to help me should the airline / airport misplace it. I’ve not needed to make a claim so can’t comment on that, but so far so good 😊
